Step 3.)Now, take the left side of the head and smooth hair to the back. When you reach the line of pins, begin to roll the left section of hair slightly, with your fingers little by little. Place pins vertically, towards the sky covering the line of pins from previous section. Move up the twist, pinning to secure. Leave hair out and curl or tuck into the twist and secure.
* Please note: If you want side swept bangs or a side parting like in the picture below, Section your hair from ear to top of head to other ear and secure all that hair out of the way with a clip. that will go into the style last! ALSO, by leaving this hair out for now, it makes making the back twist much easier, less hair to work with.

Step 2.) Using a fine tooth comb and starting on the right side of the head, comb hair to the back of head. Use the comb and your other hand to smooth the hair. Smooth the right section of hair to the middle of the back of your head. Starting at the nape of the neck, place bobby pins vertically, going towards the sky. YOU WILL BE CREATING A LINE OF PINS, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD from the nape to almost the top. All hair on the right side of head should be smooth and secure.

Step 1.) Leave front section out and secure out of the way with clips. This will be incorporated later.
Step 4.) Let's say you have a far left part. Take the hair on the right side of head (should be more hair than right side.) Smooth against head, while moving the section to behind ear, then back to the twist. Before pinning, smooth well! Secure with pins into the twist. Use hairspray to help tame shorter pieces.
NOTE: Now is when you will incorporate the front left out sections into the style.
